Story panel/fabric/lace book

I ordered this panel from Ebay and it is called “Loralie Harris Fabric – Church Ladies Religious Choir Singing In Church – Panel”.  It is a multi-cultural church ladies’ choir.  When I saw it I knew what I wanted to make for my friend.  I love the vibrant colors and everything about this panel.  I need more practice but I hope some of the pretty laces and trims hide some of my flaws.

Another friend on youtube, Nery (https://www.youtube.com/user/DCScrappinRooster/videos“) and I did pen pal swaps.  I didn’t do the traditional pen pal, I made her a loaded envelope.  I think it turned out nice.
